Just Rest.

Dear reader,

Relax.

Slow down.

Recharge.

Take a long walk.

Dance in your kitchen.

Laugh loud.

Do whatever helps your nervous system unclench and stills your thoughts.

This is your reminder that rest is not laziness, it’s recovery.

Activity and rest are two vital aspects of life. To find a balance in them is a skill in itself. Wisdom is knowing when to have rest, when to have activity, and how much of each to have. Finding them in each other – activity in rest and rest in activity – is the ultimate freedom. ― Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

It's necessary.

Rest is not a reward.

Psychological research shows that intentional rest helps regulate the nervous system, improves emotional resilience, and restores cognitive clarity.

In other words, slowing down actually helps you think better, not worse.

Soon it’ll be Monday, I promise you don't want to be burnt out.

So unplug.

Reset.

Let go of control for a moment.

Your productivity, mental health, and personal growth will thank you.

Love,

Me <3

P. S.: It gets better, always.
